I meet a lot of people on a regular basis for business and sometimes it's hard to remember when or who they are when I'm jotting the number down in a rush. The sort by date feature is a must have! Not sure if it's possible to put a geo-tag when you enter the number to remember what state or location you met someone at especially for those who travel a lot. I believe that this is an awesome app and I am so happy that my friend told me about this!!!
I met someone and could not remember their name, and all I had to do was sort by date and his name was right there!
I thought that I would never find the contact because I have so many from years ago that backed up on my phone what a great app and I'm so happy that my problem is solved! Requires iOS 9. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. App Store Preview. This app is only available on the App Store for iOS devices.
Use the Auto-Complete List and Recent People suggestions
Screenshots iPhone iPad. Select the People icon from these and the People section will open in your browser. You'll see an alphabetical list here containing any contacts that you already have.
Enter the details for your contact at minimum, a name and email address and save when you're done. Method 2 - save contacts from an email in Outlook. This method is easier to do if you'd like to stay within your inbox, rather than moving between the inbox and the People section as per Method 1.

It can also save you from human error of potentially typing someone's address or details in incorrectly! When you receive an email from someone you'd like to add to your contacts, click the circle icon with their name or initials in it.
Get in touch. Over the years, I have kept my address list partly up-to-date, dutifully deleting several entries upon hearing bad news — an uncle who wore out at age 96; a college roommate who collapsed suddenly, horribly, unexpectedly, at 55; a Jamaican woman who cleaned my apartment when I lived in Queens 30 years ago.
But now, as I consider completing my housecleaning by deleting those numbers, I realize I not only want to leave them untouched; I want to reinstate those previously erased.
I will never call any of those people again. I do not need their e-mail addresses although they may still be operable — my own estate lawyer recently suggested I make arrangements for deleting my Facebook and AOL accounts post-mortem.
But deleting the entries of the dead feels wrong, an irrevocable step toward forgetting them entirely, almost akin to killing them a second time. Gone, and then gone again.

How to Save Contact Information From an iPhone Email
There is one variant to this: When you select the name, you might find that the unwanted address is one of several for a real contact whom you want to keep. You just want to get rid of that particular address. In that case, don't select Delete Contact.
